As a licensed New Jersey Broker-Salesperson and co-founder of Crawford Alliance, she’s dedicated her career to one mission: making real estate simpler, smoother, and more rewarding for everyone involved.

Stephanie is known for her precision, compliance expertise, and uncanny ability to anticipate what’s needed before anyone else even realizes it. She has a gift for creating systems that protect files, streamline processes, and turn what could be stressful transactions into seamless experiences.
